Friends of the Vallejo Public Library

The Annual Book Sale went extremely well. It raised a significant amount of money to help the Vallejo Library. Some boxes of books left over from the sale were picked up to be shipped to schools in the Philippines. And the remaining books left over from the sale were donated to charity.

Members of The Friends of the Library are now working to gather, sort, and store incoming books and videos for the next sale. The next planned sale is anticipated to be at the end of March or the beginning of April 2010. However, if we collect an over abundance of material before that date, a mini-sale is possible. Keeping checking back to this website for further updates.

As always, we greatly welcome donations and we encourage anyone who would like to volunteer to contact us.
